First of all I've always thought of your store as a gallery not a retail store. Yes you sell items there but it's art. I have always put art galleries on a different level and would never expect to see a "tip" jar in an art gallery. Just my opinion. The penny thing first started popping up in retail store as a way for customers to use and leave penny's for other customers to use to pay their bill with exact change not necessarily for a "tip" and it just turned into that.
