Watch Replacement for Sonya Paz Fine Art Watches. Online payment.
You can send us the watch with your payment and we will get this fixed for you right away. Please package the watch in a well padded bubble mailer. You must contact customer service to obtain an authorization number prior to sending your watch.
Once you have received your RMA number, you must package your wrist watch properly and be sure to secure the envelope. Sonya Paz Art & Design is not responsible for lost or damaged authorized returns. The $20 replacement fee includes a new battery for your wristwear and the shipping of the watch back to you (US only).
